You will fill out the application online. The application fee is $40 and it is non-refundable. We will contact you with your next steps.

If your application is denied, you will not receive your $40 application fee back. We spend the $40 to run your background and credit check.

The security deposit is equal to your first month’s rent. It is due when you move in to your home.

Rent is due on the first day of each month. A 10% late fee will be added if we have not received your payment by the 5th of each month.

Roommates may NOT move in without prior written permission. A background check and credit check will take place before they can do so. Sub-leasing is never allowed.

You may only rent month to month after your term is up. Renting month to month will cost more monthly.

Smoking is not allowed.
